Situated between Peckham and South Bermondsey, the building was a perfume factory converted in 18 apartments development.
The brick wall and the big frame windows keep the characteristic of the building as a legacy.
The idea of the project is to keep the same characteristics in the interior.
We decided to open the kitchen in order to have a unique and luminous space and keep the brick walls exposed.
An original steel column is a striking feature in the living area
High ceilings further enhance the sense of spaciousness,
The old brick wall and the modern black kitchen give to space an elegant contrast.
